Teacher Numbers Fall – Another SNP Failure

Scottish Teacher Numbers Fall!!!

It’s just been announced that there are 1000 fewer teachers in employment in Scotland than a year ago.

What a disaster.

What now for the SNP’s “promise” to reduce class sizes in P1-P3 to just 18?

That always was pie-in-the-sky, like so many of the SNP’s other key promises, because you need so many more teachers to deliver it. But who would have thought that the SNP would actually reduce the number of teachers in our schools?

You have to ask: is there a level of incompetence to which the SNP cannot fall?
